Types of Calls
We open a unique toll-free prayer line number for your community. You then share the prayer line as an extension of your ministry.
Our Prayer Partners answer calls on your behalf. Callers are listened to, prayed with, and can learn about your church and its resources.
People within your community with a heart for prayer are invited to apply to serve as a volunteer Prayer Partner. We equip them with professional training to answer any call from your community and beyond.
Your account manager can review critical insights from your toll-free prayer line that can help guide your leadership team to better care for its community and its unique needs.
There are many reasons why having your own church prayer line makes sense. From the first ring, callers will hear your church’s name, instantly fostering a connection with your church community. If preferred, your church handles the follow-up, ensuring a personalized touch for those needing extra care, without the burden of managing all incoming calls. The standout feature is the Anyone Pray online Subscriber Dashboard, offering insightful analytics on call patterns, shedding light on your congregation’s needs. Subscriptions are based on the number of regular attendees (combined in person and remote attendance) of a church congregation or the number of program participants of an organization.
You can sign up for an annual subscription, or a pay per call, per month plan.
The standard approach is to have a Crossroads Anyone Pray digital online pastor make the initial follow up (if required) to a caller. If the caller wishes more follow up, our goal would be to redirect the caller to the local church. If the church was on the White Label program, we would be able to more promptly redirect the caller as we would have all the churches information.
Our initial focus is to grow the service, but we will explore this option as we evolve. We anticipate this will occur within the first 12-18 months but are unable to provide exact timing.
It is best to go with an annual subscription, as you receive a small discount and it takes less time to setup/manage. However, you could start with a monthly subscription based on the number of monthly calls until you have a better sense of your calling patterns.
Yes, Subscribers can sign up on a per call basis, or annual basis at a small discount. Per call invoicing is done monthly and changes based on calling patterns. Churches can switch between per call and annual (at the end of the term period, in the case of an annual agreement).

Currently, the dashboard provides summary call report analytics, insights that help you develop community care programs. The data highlights your community’s different needs and most sought-after digital resources, providing intuitions about your community’s support requirements.
In the future, we expect to offer a premium report package with further analytic data as an add-on.
We have close to 50 years of experience operating a national prayer center and have seen all ages call in for prayer support. That being said, we will constantly be looking to upgrade the platform to meet the needs of subscribers as their environments change.

Our dashboard offers call reports that uncover the underlying issues impacting your community, empowering you to tailor your care response programs accordingly. Additionally, the white-label feature allows churches to list programs and resources for referral purposes.
Yes we can, but are limited due to privacy laws. If the caller sign's off or waives privacy we are able to pass on the personal information to the church, but not if they do not.
Our focus to get the initial version of the platform launched, however, we anticipate exploring that option in the future. We are working on building a network of Christian counsellors that we could direct callers to connect with/reach out to.
Crossroads' Anyone Pray subscriber toolkit contains everything an organization will need to promote the service to their community members. The toolkit contains customizable information flyers, benefits sheets, graphics, video clips and more to help you get started and build immediate awareness. Depending on location, we can also have someone on our team introduce the resource either in person or via a remote Zoom link.
